After postponing for a couple of weeks (once instigated by them due to bad weather and once by me) the car went in last week to have 2 alloys refurbed. My partner managed to mangle another one a week or so ago

After they'd been done the service advisor wasn't happy with them so, after calling me, sent them away to another outfit - something to do with the satin finish In the mean time they've lent me an A4 2.0T FSI S-Line SE as a courtesy car - I've had it for 5 days so far, and they're honouring the original quote
