What is the best chip out of Revo and Superchips on an S3 8P?? Has anyone experienced either of these?? Which feels the quickest??

There is no 'best' its entirely up to what you like. Revo do a trial, give it a go... if you dont like it try Superchips. Historically Revo maps have tended to be pretty agressive mid range so if you like a big bang I'd say you'll prefer Revo.

I had the Superchips on mine and thorouhly enjoyed it. Having driven Revo remapped cars, I'd never buy one. TBH I only had the superchips because it was carried out by the supplying dealer, had it been my choice I'd have gone to RSD in Daventry for an Oettinger map or APS in Brackley for a custom remap as I've done work with both organisations and liek the way both conduct themselves and the expertise they have.

That goes to show how subjective this decision is, I ran a Revo Leon Cupra R for 3 years from new and it never missed a beat, went like sh*t off a shovel and generally surprised a lot of more exotic machinery on various track days I went to with it.

My TT was done by AMD, I drove a Revo mapped car and an Oettinger car while in France and I loved the Oettinger car and really didnt like power delivery of the Revo compared to either of the others. As AMD dont exist any more doesnt leave me much choice.

Thumbs up jabbasport

I have a 210hp S3 and have had a revo trial map on before but wasnt impressed with the performance, few of my friends have had the same experience. I decided to take my car to Jabbasport in peterbourgh and im glad i did. Got a custom remap and boost controller fitted for £600, the car now produces 290hp and 320ft. Feels very quick now and recently annoyed an 8p S3 driver as he thought he could pull away from me on a long stretch but was stunned when i overtook him. Best £600 Ive spent and jabba's service was great. Recommend it!!

Each to their own I suppose, but I have a MK2 leon cupra, REVO has turned it into a beast. I also have the switch select so I can disable it at will.

Not has any experience of others or had the chance to ride in another cupra with a different map, but I am glad that I went with REVO.

Have you considered GIAC? GIAC - Automotive Performance Software Tuning
American firm with over 10 years experience, and now available in Europe through Regal Autosport.
I've got it on my car, and it seems to be very popular.
On another forum I am in the results from a recent rolling road day were as follows:
Standard S3 8P - 280bhp & 280 lb/ft
Standard S3 8P with Superchips - 290bhp & 290 lb/ft
Standard S3 8P with Revo - 320bhp & 310 lb/ft
Standard S3 8P with GIAC - 312bhp & 332 lb/ft
S3 8P with GIAC and CAI and Custom Exhaust - 340bhp & 342 lb/ft

I don't know what settings the Revo was running but can tell you that the plots for both Superchips and Revo was quite aggressive, ie, as the boost came on, it was a big spike and then faded out.
The GIAC is nice, as the power and torque profiles mirror the standard profile, so it's very smooth and just lot's more of it.

If you're interested, I've set up a Rolling Road day within another forum where a 30% discount on GIAC maps is availble.
It's on Oct 4th at Regal Autosport in Southampton.

Let me know.

i had a 1999 s3 modified by oettinger/rsd the thing that drew me to them was the fact your warranty would still be intact ( if you have it) the other thing is its tuv approved so it has to do what it says thats why oettininger never quote huge bhp if i think back it was 255 bhp minimum and 250lb ft torque.
