Update on the Michelin Pilot Primacy tyres.
I've just had to replace a pair after developing a slight sidewall bulge, possibly after a pothole incident on a country road. I had to change to pass the Irish MOT.

Longevity - yep, they are long lasting alright!
Somewhere around the 25,000 km mark, and still about 2.0mm left. I rotated front-to-back and left-to-right at about 12,000km. The tire wear was even at that stage when I had to change the tyre.

I got a pair of new Pilot Primacy tyres, and the tread pattern has changed from the previous ones. I'll be changing out the other pair of tyres at the end of this month anyway to have 4 of the same and back to having more tread

I'll give more feedback once they bed in and I get the right pressures sorted.

Michelin PS2s for me, they were fitted OE to my current 3.0tdi, got 25K miles out of them but even with 2mm left were not tramlining. Replaced with F1 asyms but didn't rate them as good so gone back to PS2s again

Can you still get the GSD3? I thought they had been superseded by the F1 Asymmetric?

They are still being sold alongside the Asymms. Probably when they eventually produce the Asymms in all the required sizes is when they will finally drop the GSD3s.
