Red face Wet footwells (again!)

Just bought a 2002 S8 with just 45K on the clock. But the footwells are soaking wet.

I know this has been discussed before, so can anyone point me to the earlier thread or let me know the cure (I seem to recall it was the aircon drains?).

Anyone want to buy a 2002 2.8? It's the one in the photo to the left of this thread.

audipages.com has the instructions. Could also be the sunroof drains.

Thanks PsYcHe

Hope to get to it one night this week. BYW, going to get a photo of my own driveway of joy - two D2s - before I sell the 2.8. The S8 is amazing, but it's dark blue - will I have to change the 'IceBlue' tag?

Looking forward to a Scottish meet - hope to have the few niggles sorted by then.

it could also be from the inner wing drains as well, they overflow into the air con air inlet if they are full.
