Shocking. If the allegations are true, then the dealer needs a severe bollocking.

I've just read the comments on PH and using a word they seem to appreciate - they're all cocks!

Feck me! The dealership WILL be severely bollocked for it.

A friend of mine had his 525iTouring written off by the BMW garage staff racing it around after a service. They obviously paid up.

This happened to another TSN'ers car (another marque, not Audi), my understanding is the dealership got a severe reprimand and the memeber got well compensated after being presented with the NavTrak evidence

I dunno - dealers in my limited experience are a law unto themselves - I hope the dealer in question gets a slap but I doubt they will be hurt - when I had a lot of hassle with VW dealer VW CS had no clout whatsoever.

Can you imagine getting home and receiving 6 NIP's whilst you were away - he doesnt know if any of those routes driven had speed cameras on them, thats when a crime is commited and when the dealer would be in the ****e..

Just out of interest, which Trackers can give you a history of where your car has been? I'm having a Tracker fitted tomorrow and wonder if I should upgrade to the GPS one ?
