RS4 Bucket seat problem

I know there are many posts regarding quality issues with RS4 bucket seats however I seem to have a new problem where the actual seat cover is coming away from the plastic of the seat back!!!! it appears that whatever keeps the cover secured at the back of the seat has failled - has anyone else had this problem and do youb think Audi would fix this under warranty - the passenger seat is fine however the drivers seat looks terrible from the back..

I have heard of people with problems, just take it to the dealer, warranty job as simple as that
