Post Retrofitting glovebox CD changer to an S3

Hi ,
How easy is it to retrofit the OEM cd Changer to a 2008 S3? Has anyone done an install guide?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Straight forward enough, but a new glovebox is required

1. Glovebox
2. CD changer
3. Interface cable (quadlock)

Remove the glovebox and glovebox wiring loom with lamp and airbag switch. 7x 8mm screws hold the glovebox.

If your old glovebox had an airbag switch, cut the new glovebox hole out to accept it.

Insert lamp and airbag switch into new glovebox, add wiring loom.

Remove radio and add quadlock wiring, run to glovebox

Insert CD changer into cutout in glovebox and attach wiring from radio.

Test

Install glovebox back into car.

Recode as neccessary, usually not needed for it to work.
