Audi A6 avant 2.5 tdi

Hi all wonder if any one can help on a recent trip to Germany the orange engine managment light came on which was preceded by the esp light.
I had the car checked by Audi Germany who reset it and all seemed fine.

Then on another trip to London the light came on again firstly the esp, then esp went out and on came the managment light. So i called into nearest Audi dealer who gave me this code 000550 017 (commencement of injection regulation control difference)
They asked had i had a cam belt change done recently which i had within the last 4 weeks.

I rang the independent who had done it gave them the code and he does not recognise it? Audi reset the light so i now have to wait for it to come back on before returning to independent for him to check.

Does any one have any ideas or experience of this? please any info would be usefull.
