Default News - BMW 3 Series Saloon/touring gets a facelift

TSN News - Well it seems BMW thinks the 3 Series needed a bit of a nip and tuck and these are the results.

It seems that way as the 335d is auto only still, real world it will be quicker but go for the manual and it won't be much between the two I don't think.

BMW 330d Saloon 245 520 6.1 155* 49.6 152
BMW 335d Saloon
286 580 6.2 155* 42.2 177

Depends who's driving. In the real world, I think the auto 335D will be quicker.

Anyway, this new facelift looks better. The rear looks as though more than an after-thought has gone into the rear light design/layout.
Good!

Will be interested to see what tweaks are done to the M-sport package, I assume they won't leave it as is ... ?

Is the twin turbo 2.0 diesel not coming to the 3 Series? I had expected this to be part of the facelift launch.

This is hideous. I prefer the current one a lot more, those rear lights looks terrible and the front has a stupidly complicated bumper and the grills from the coupe. Sorry to rain on the parade, i'll reserve my final judgement until I see it in the flesh and see the M Sport. But until then no way.

You don't like it then.

Will be interested to see what the M-Sport photos are like myself but I don't think I will be changing any time soon, more than happy with mine.
