DaveJM,
This may help (i hope!). I had an issue and went direct to Audi Uk Aftersales & Service. These are the people that sorted my issue when my dealership said 'no'. Good luck! |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Telling them you are considering trading the car won't endear them either. [/ QUOTE ] Why on earth not? I run a company and would be far more interested in providing a loss leader to a client who i think i will retain. [/ QUOTE ] Beacuse if they think you are going to trade the car they will regard you as a "lost cause" and not bother trying to keep you happy. [/ QUOTE ] But i already told them i want another A6! By not worrying about keeping me happy that is an A6 they will not get. Very short sighted. |

[/ QUOTE ] I'm sure Paul wouldn't appreciate you posting his details online; he is not a member of Customer facing staff for starters Chances are if you did email him/telephone him he'd refer you to Customer Services anyway as all Customer Issues have to be documented by Audi Customer Services. |

[/ QUOTE ] You're probably right. In fairness though, Audi UK specialist's details have appeared on here before and i know how frustrated i felt after being continually jiffed around by a number of dealers; you could argue they bring it on themselves. I do hope i haven't caused Paul unnecessary hassle though and i'll PM a moderator to remove it. |
