I emailed Paul and asked for a refund as I still haven't received the G220, let alone any polish. He responded stating that I would get a refund, but as of yet, I haven't seen one!!

I've had emails back from Paul - think he's given up with Megs - they emailed him on the 7th July saying it was all on it's way....He's offered me a refund.

I did suggest he might like to post here, so we could all see what's gone on....

Try his direct email from his website - that's where I got hold of him....as he's not been here for a good while....

I'm so sorry for the lack of contact on here.

I am happy to say though that I finally got a definite answer from Megs and the speed glaze has been shipped. They have told me it will be with me within the next few days.

I'll post a link on here to the shop so you can claim your glaze. As said previously, postage is optional, but I'd appreciate it!

Please note this GB has nothing to do with Wonder Detail or the Wonder Detail Shop, but I will put the speed glaze's as a shop item simply so I can keep track of who has and hasn't claimed there's.

A word of advice, if you are not Halfords, or don't have masses of money to spend with Megs, don't bother! They have constantly promised me these items and time and time again not delivered. I finally got an email back yesterday from the Manager at Megs UK and she unreservedly apologised. Still not good for those that have been waiting so long though!

I won't post the link until I actually have the stuff in my hands and am ready to send out but as said, should be by the end of the week if Megs are to be believed.

Once again, I can only apologise for the ridiculous amount of time this has taken.

I sent you a cheque a couple of days after we talked over email. I was wondering why you hadn't cashed it! It definitely went out as I have the stub here. I will happily send you another cheque, or the replacement G220 that Megs are sending with the aforementioned speed glaze. Either way's fine, as I can sell the G220 on ebay etc when it does arrive (which is what I was going to do anyway.) Let me know.

Guys, just a note, please either call me on my mobile, or email me if you need to speak to me urgently as I am a member of at least 14 other forums, and it's a struggle to keep up with them all.

Nobody tried to contact me either by my mobile or email. They are both easily obtainable - just click my sig! The only person to contact me was cactus, a couple of days ago. I subsequently contacted Megs again after receiving this email and low and behold, after I expressed my continued frustrations and told them I would be posting on all the forums about this, I get an email back from Bernadette, the Megs UK manager, apologising, and saying my order is on it's way.

But I do apologise for my absence on here. Truth is, up until Cactus contacted me, I had heard nothing back from Megs, so didn't really have anything to update. I do wholeheartedly admit though that I had completely forgot to chase them again since the last email, and for that I do apologise to you all.
