I have previously always cleaned my patio with either a standard lance or one of those dirt blaster type with the cone shaped end.
I always end up soaked and filthy - not much fun on a nippy Autumn day! I keep seeing the yellow circular Karcher patio cleaning attachments which look like they have a revolving nozzle thing and bristles around the edge to reduce spray. These things: Karcher T Racer Patio Cleaner - Home & Garden - Compare Prices, Reviews and Buy at NexTag - Price - Review Has anyone used these? Are they as effective in terms of cleaning power compared to a standard lance? Thanks in advance ![]()

Yes, excellent bit of kit. Cleans well and keeps you dry and spotless!

K series is the one I have. The extension is two-piece and is aluminium. The 200 is plastic. They both have handles to allow use without the extension piece which allows use on walls or garage doors - very useful I find. The 100 is the cheaper all plastic jobbie with no handles.
Mine is so well used I now need new nozzles. Unfortunately they are £17 a set as spares! Somewhat excessive, what?

The K series definitely looks like a proper weapon. I have a very large patio area and a brick paved drive so I guess I should go for the aluminium model for durability. Thanks

The more expensive ones are larger therefore cover an area quicker. I bought mine in B & Q, think it was about £49 or so but an excellent piece of kit. I took it off to door round the door step with thw normal lance and that just showed me how good the attachment was as with the lance my face and legs ended up soaked very quickly.
It has two modes, a hover type and then one lower. Could not really see much difference in what this did but maybe some of the other guys can throw some light on that.

I've got one Tarmac and its an excellent piece of kit.
Cleans the paintwork up on my car superbly.............................Joking ![]() Seriously though, the T Racer is brilliant at doing paving/decking etc. A well worth purchase.
