Worthing Audi
Just a quick heads up for anyone in the Worthing area; popped in to Worthing Audi to buy some euro plates for my car this morning. Plates need to be made, so have to go back in the week to pick them up - they'll be fitted FOC [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/169144-ok.gif[/img] Oh, and the price? Under £25, so less than Halfords [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif[/img]

There was one more thing as well - should have confessed earlier [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img] Managed to take a chunk out of one my alloys last week, and make a bit of a mess of it. I had emailed them for a quote for a replacement (18" 5 spoke 'RS' style). The cost? £391 [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yelrotflmao.gif[/img] Chris, the aftersales advisor who'd emailed me the price recognised my numberplate as I was parking [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] and offered to get me a quote for a refurb instead - great customer serice IMO [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/169144-ok.gif[/img]

Plates fitted this afternoon. And as a bonus they replaced the tax disc holder and keyrings as well [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/169144-ok.gif[/img] Only a small thing I know, but a nice touch nontheless I thought - everything matches [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] The whole car has now been re-branded from Cardiff Audi to Worthing Audi [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yelrotflmao.gif[/img]
Alse booked in for alloy refurb in two weeks time, with free collection/delivery. Great service all round I thought [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif[/img] Peter

After postponing for a couple of weeks (once instigated by them due to bad weather and once by me) the car went in last week to have 2 alloys refurbed. My partner managed to mangle another one a week or so ago
 After they'd been done the service advisor wasn't happy with them so, after calling me, sent them away to another outfit - something to do with the satin finish  In the mean time they've lent me an A4 2.0T FSI S-Line SE as a courtesy car - I've had it for 5 days so far, and they're honouring the original quote   Peter

Mine's actually a '57 plate - I got it earlier in the year. There a couple of pictures in this quick review I did here: A4 Cabriolet 2.0T FSI S Line first impressions
Someone nearby has just got an '08 plate one though; it's black (non metallic as far as I can see), and I did see one the same colour as my courtesy car on my way home from work; it doesn't work as well on the cab I don't think; the black roof seems to clash slightly, and I think the red roof would be a bit too much... BTW, when did you order it if delievery is not until June? I know lead times seem a bit long on cabs for some reason - I waited around 4 months for mine - worth it though

New to audi's and being from worthing thought I'd ask your opinion on a couple of things.
