Fantastic Auto Gearbox Specialist - West Yorkshire

After all the recent heartache I have experienced with the failure of my A8 auto gearbox and the 'Dick Turpin' attitude of the local Audi specialist see here. I have stumbled across a real gem of a company. The local specialist quoted a price hugely above what was usual, hence a phone around and discovery of this company.
Turns out the local 'specialist' was taking my car here anyway and charging me an extra £700 for the 2 mile delivery! Automatic Transmissions of Huddersfield is used by main dealers throughout the country for their auto gearbox work and the mass of expensive cars in the compound laid testament to that.

The main reason I am posting this information is due to the honesty and integrity of the MD Andrew, who could not have done any more to help. A more pleasant and genuine person I have yet to come across.

There is many a post on these forums regarding poor service so to save anyone the grief I have experienced I would encourage Andrew be the first point of call. The work carried out was top notch and you know he is quoting a fair price. Apparently they will also collect cars from up to 100 miles away! Its good to at last find a genuine company.
