Yeah, Ad's sweet, he's worked on my A8 a couple of times. Only ever met Dean on email and phone, but he seems good too.

Incidentally Dean, I have emailed you a couple of times lately to which I have had no reply. Not like you mate...

Had all the belts, pumps, idlers etc etc done on my driveaway two weeks back by Dean (Audi S8 D2). Really nice professional guy, all genuine parts and easy to talk to. Nice to see whats being done on the car aswell rather than some idiot at a dealer. Cannot fault the service.

Got him booked again this week for an auto trans gearoil and filter change.

Must admit aswell he has been very difficult to get hold of recently. Noticed something in the voicemail about communication problems so I guess that explains it.

I'm sure he will be back in touch!

Yes, he's been in touch. Popped round yesterday and took a look at my A8's issue. Spotted it in a matter of seconds. Will be back soon to fix! Nice one.
