Norwich Union do temp cover as well, starts at £10.50 a day and the rate decreases the more days you have. Up to a month for cars up to £40k

I've always just called my insurance company and give them new car details and for how long I am going to use. ie when ever my previous car went to porsche I would have to get covernote faxed over by insurance company to collect loan car (usually boxster s or cayenne).

Anyone know of a company that would cover a Jap import MR2 GTS for 7 days.

Rang my own ins comp who said the car would have to be registered in my name in order to have temp cover on it... buggers...

Tried this temp cover which Ins Jon linked and initially got a quote of £75 for a week and then when i tried to do the quote again it would not go past the first screen saying that the car does not have an insurance group and cant be quoted upon?
