Honda Integra Type-R UKDM 2000 (W) C/W 50k FSH

Ok, I believe I may have finally found something to tempt me out of my ITR, so I am going to put my car up for sale.
I bought this car in April 2005 with just 29k on the clock. It had 2 former keepers, one being the dealership.
Over the last three years, I have enjoyed around 21,000 miles with a mix of local commuting and motorway trips. During this time the car has not skipped a beat, ever. It has sadly never seen a track.

Full service history, all Honda except the last service (63k) which was done at ABP Motorsport along with MOT on 2/5/08. Mileage then was 47276
MOT and Tax until May 09.
Cambelt was renewed by Honda on 14/01/08 @ 45066
The car is a non a/c model and has the optional rear strut brace, covers are uncut and not refitted.
The only modifications that have been made are:
EBC Blanks + Red Stuff front brakes
Spoon N1 rear silencer - Standard back box is in the garage
Mugen Pedals
Tein Springs – Again, OEM springs in the garage
Standard 15” wheels refurbed in Gunmetal – Full set of C/W ones with part worn Toyo T1-Rs available
JDM Wind deflector - singular. Passenger side is still to be fitted due to missing a clip or two.
The interior of the car is in extremely good condition with next to no bolster wear on the very clean seats.
Externally, I’m ashamed to say, it’s filthy right now. There are a couple of minor dings and the front end has the usual stone chips. I drive it, it’s not a status symbol or something to be wrapped in cotton wool.
I have just booked the car in for a full detail for the end of this month, to get the paintwork back to a good shine. Due to a new job which saw me travelling, the car hasn’t been given the full attention it needed to keep it looking clean and shiny. Once this is done I will update the images.
