Well .... its official.... after years of speculation he was snapped with picture of his girl friend

The pictures were first published by Oggi magazine in Italy and show 'The Doctor' soaking up the sun and enjoying the company of his female companion.

The title of the spread in Italian is 'Il rombo di Valentino' which roughly means 'The roar of Valentino'.

There's a lot of speculation as to who she is...

Eliot Spitzer is one theory

or is it Miriam ?

That's a fortunate coincidence to get rid of the rumours then.

p.s. I've no idea which team he bats for but I'm totally sceptical of anything you see in the press. Maybe it's real and maybe it's a setup. I don't know but I don't see how press coverage makes it "official"
