I've only just caught up with your Alcantara thread - absolutely jaw-dropping.

There's probably not a lot I can do to help practically, given the distance and my lack of familiarity with your local small claims procedures, but anything you think I can help with, I'd be glad.

You'll of course have got Tim to write a letter giving his view of your meeting with Sonax, their admission of liability and their ruining of a further seat. You can also e-mail Audi customer services and ask them whether they used any fake Alcantara in their S8s.

I spent some time dragging an Audi dealer through court over my S8, and I've got some experience in phrasing documents for clarity and negotiating, so if you want to get a second opinion for anything, feel free.
