I have a 2008 model Cooper (Chilli) and am yearning for a faster car. Looked at a Golf GTI or R32 but the latter is hard to find. I did have a loaner Cooper S and loved it. Everything the Cooper is and faster, much faster. Never had the chance to drive a John Cooper Works model but it should be way better right? Engine and mechanicals aside the car is no better equipped than any other Cooper; that is style of seats, material, interior finishing, hifi, sat nav etc. So is the JCW worth going for?
