  1. I have been told by a mechanic friend of mine that GSF (German, Swedish and French) car part suppliers are pretty good for Audi and VW parts. Just thought I would mention it, might be worth looking into......
  2. Leather - how to preserve?

Just a quick question.... What are the Auto glym leather products like. I have a new Audi A3 with half leather interior and I have been told the Auto Glym products are good but I was wondering what everyone's thoughts on them were?? Thanks
  3. Thanks for the advice. I shall have a look and see what they can offer.
  4. Ethernet port on Sky+ HD box - why?

Apparently the usb port was supposed to be so customers could connect external devices to the box, like a hard drive etc. This was never enabled and thus not used at the moment. The ethernet port is used by Sky anytime system to stream media to the box, similar to the BT Vision system.
  5. Hi, everyone. I am new round here but since I recently bought my 09 plate A3, I found this forum and thought it was a great place to look for some information. I would like to know what sort of power increase and where would be a good place to go to get my A3 engine ECU remapped? Any advice is appreciated.
  6. I must admit that I also changed from a windows based system to a Mac Book pro. I run a Mac Book Pro 15" and it really is a pleasure to use, I have upgraded the memory to 8gb and changed the hard drive to a solid state one. Alot of people say you do not have to worry about Virus's and online security but this is a very silly outlook as the popularity of Mac's increases then problems with virus's will increase. If you do go for one then definitely look into some good antivirus security for it. I would personally recommend Sophos for Mac. It's free and it is very stable and good at keeping both Windows and Mac virus's away. Hope that helps and let me know if you need anymore info or advice.
