Default A real brute of a police car

Spotted on Wardour Street. There were 2 officers with it but they dived for cover when they saw me go to take a picture due to overwhelming embarressment

Allows them to scoot down the alleys after the baddies! Not sure what happens when the baddies turn round and tip the thing over.
