The programme pits two teams of mechanics against each other to take apart a car that is beyond repair, sell the parts and see who can make the most money. As part of the new series we're featuring an Audi A8 D2. For the beginning of the episode we’re looking to film a 'pristine version' of an A8. This will act as stock footage to set up the story for the rest of the programme. As such we need an A8 to film with that is in good condition (possibly having undergone a resto). We’re looking to film at a location in Surrey on the 29th June. With so many A8 owners posting in this thread I thought it likely that we could find someone willing to let us film their car. If you have such a vehicle and want to have it featured on TV please email me: [email protected] with your availability over the next two weeks. Preferably if you could send some pics of your car it would be appreciated. We would require you and your car for the one day and would cover travel expenses and provide a DVD of the finished programme after it has aired. We look forward to hearing from you. gninnam Posted March 20, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 20, 2015 Ahh well - end of an era for me The 2000 A8 QS was sold at the end of last year I had bought a 2003 A8 4.2 QS around 2.5 years ago but that has been sold today - so first time in nearly 7 years that I have not had an A8.
