petev64motion
we went out last night (our first night out since our little lad was born) anyway, driving home at about 1:15 when a badger ran out in front of us the wife slammed the brakes on and we missed the bloody thing  well, the resulting emergency stop somehow locked the brakes on. we were in the middle of a round about at the time we got home at 4am thanks to the AA and the car is sat on the drive with the brakes jammed on and the brake lights on the pedal is solid, like the servo is jammed anybody ever heard of or experienced this? if so how did you/they fix it? i had it recalled recently for the scuttle panel water problem, i've taken the cover off just to be sure and there is no water there Edited August 23, 2009 by petev64motion

cruiser647
Sorry, I don't know too much about locking brakes, only how to change pads and discs. What happens if you take the fuse out of the ABS?
Tipex
If all 4 wheels are locked then it has to be a common component, I'd reckon on the master cylinder personally.
petev64motion
ive narrowed it down to servo, master cylinder but i've broken something its the black clip that connects the brake pedal to the servo rod i've got one on order but just wondering how the brake pedal assembly is taken appart to fit the new one anybody have any diagrams????
