ChrissyR
Headlights look ace especially the DRLs but the wheels aren't for me IMO, prefer the TTRS wheels. Seen a new avant with them on yesterday up at the dealers. Are the DRLs just adapted to the existing DRL wiring from a standard xenon headlamp with DRLs? cruiser647
I quite like the wheels. Has the ride improved?
Cockney Boy
To be honest the ride is no different to these new 19" and the old 20" ones. I have to say that the new ones are more quieter tho. I quite like the wheels.Has the ride improved?

oDUTCHYo
Hi Cockney, Great looking motor mate! (I wanted that colour rather than silver) Headlights looks top!! - did you have xenon plus before? I have xenon plus in mine and would love to upgrade to new DRL's. Was it straight forward and what was cost?
Cockney Boy
Hi Dutchy, Yes i had Bi-Xenons before. To upgrade to the RS6 ones it will cost about £1500.00 including fitting. You will need the two headlight units, with bulbs and Ballast units. The AFS1 Module that supports adaptive headlights and possibly a new Control Board. If you interested, pm and i can give you more info Hi Cockney,Great looking motor mate! (I wanted that colour rather than silver) Headlights looks top!! - did you have xenon plus before? So would that trim down the shopping list?
Cockney Boy
Hi Dutchy, Yes if you already have the AFS (adaptive Lights) then you wont need a new one, or the Control Board. So it would just need the new headlight units, and some re-pinning of the Control Board. I think you can get a set of headlights fro about £

What do you mean by pinning the control board? - is not a direc plug n play?
Cockney Boy
Yeh you can get then direct from Audi. Because your existing headlights use different DRL's you need to do some re-pinning of the Control Board (under your steering wheel) See thiws thread A6 LED headlights retrofit - Audi Forum And look at this thread and post number 23 where there is a link to download some instructions. Ice
Just replaced my 20" rims for these A5 19", plus the new RS6 headlights Hi, very nice, I allways wanted to do that with the RS6 headlights. Can you give me more details please? If I have halogen headlamps can I convert to RS6 ones? Is it hard to modify the wiring? Is it hard to fix the sensors? Is it doable? Thanks
