Will E46 rims be ok on E90?

Hi Guys,

My first post and my first BMW for 15 years! I've owned quite a few over the years starting with a 3.0Si, then a 3.0 Coupe, boy do I regret letting that one go. Almost 20 years ago I bought a 535SE which was one of the best cars I've ever owned. Finally I'm returned to the fold and just bought an E91 330D SE. Very happy with it except I much prefer the look of the M Sport wheels. My car is currently fitted with 17 inchers.

I've just been offered a set of MSport 18 inch wheels and tyres from an E46 300Ci but are they ok to use on an E90. They're 8 inch from and 8.5 inch rear.
