tobyc
Hi all I have a 92 audi 80 TDi avant which has the 1z engine but controlled, it seems, by an early ECU. It turns out that it doesn't have a vac hose to the ECU but from the IC to the n75 and back then to the actuator. I have fitted 110 Bosch injectors and I need to up the boost a little to deal with the extra fueling but I'm no stumped as to how I can do this. Fitting a boost controller or even un clipping the hoses to the ic, n75 and actuator has made no discernible difference and I can hear the whistle of the turbo at all even though it is working. Is there a way to fit a boost controller or up the boost a tad (with a gauge of course)
