Thnaks to Matt R i am the proud owner of a new black roccy. It was waiting for me by the time i got to the office this morning and never got to drive it until i left a couple of hours ago. sitting in wait was close to hell but now ive done 30 miles i know what its like, and its rapid! Not a million miles of an e46 m3 i would have thought? Great little car that although sounds more like a hoover than a mk4 r32 would show it an easy set of heels.

Probbaly wait a couple of weeks and then get the BDM 330 conversion.

Golf R is quoted at 270PS whereas the Rocco R is 265PS but that wouldn't make up for the extra weight in the Golf de to the Hadex etc..

Not sure if he power difference between the 2 models is real or whether it's marketing to keep the Golf the "flagship" model.
