TP27
Any suggestions on how to clean the screen - no idea how but finger prints on the screen and wary of using Windowlene and a Microfibre cloth, just in case it scratches. Help would be great , thanks.

Wizbit
Don't use Windolene as I believe it has mild abbrasive properties!

Sponge
I'm not going to tell you what to, but I will tell you what I do. MF cloth. Soaked in warm water and wringed as much as possible to remove water. Folded in half twice. Now, much like you would with a car, I very gently wipe the screen to remove dust etc. Hardly pressing at all. Unfold to a clean section. Do again, pressing slightly harder. Repeat. I'll then be left with just the toughest greasey stuff and with the final section of clean MF I press slightly harder and the grease is lifted. No detergent is required. No special cleaning products, apart from the MF. I've been doing this for a few years and my plasma is scratch free. My thinking is the first few, very light wipes remove the small particles that could get caught in the cloth and scratch the screen (if sufficient pressure were applied). Once they are removed/reduced, a little extra pressure picks up the greasey fingerprints that 2 year olds can't help but place on your TV despite being screamed at almost every day not to. Paul
Don't use Windolene as I believe it has mild abbrasive properties! Ive always used it on my laptops/ pc monitors when cool as it leaves them streak free. Yet to see any damage. Though to be fair, its not excessive use. NewNiceMrMe
Use a chamois leather. A real one. I now use small squares of chamois on my iPad, MacBook, Mac's in the office and the TV's - it cleans them up like nothing else I've ever used. Anyone on here should try it, you'll be seriously impressed. I started doing this when my iPad case came with a small square of chamois and I was amazed at what a good job it did. So I bought a large leather, cut it up into pieces, and I'd not use anything else now.
