Try tensioning any belts the car has.

Most belts that are not tensioned correctly make a noise when first used, as engines warm up the metal expands and hence something that happens on start up may not happen when the engine is warm.

Starter motor if belted is a classic example, screetch 1st thing due to cold- fine when run awhile.

I don't think I know of any car with a belt driven starter motor - the torque loads are immense when starting an engine.

Belts are used for alternators, aircon compressors, mechanically driven fans, etc.

Second the advice about checking the belt tension though.
