On the wet braking test I think the other two brands were Continental and Pirelli, on the track for dry handling it was just the range of Michelin compared. The DEKRA tests had previously detailed specific brands but this time they had to comply with some legal stuff so it was just shown as euro premium brand x/y/z (Continental, Dunlop, Pirelli, Bridgestone, Goodyear)

Looking at the Michelin guide to the different tyres the PS3 looks like a better choice for someone who doesn't do track days - i.e. me. Although everyone insists the Pilot Super Sport is the PS2 replacement and it is that which should adorn the M3 when replacement comes.

When they are available I'll be getting Supersports for the GTR, the wet braking was excellent still but the dry grip was amazing, the Gumpert Apollo S made my eyes pop on them +++
