VAGCOM and Nav Plus

I have worked out that since I have changed my old radio for the Nav Plus in my A3 certain functions don't appear to work quite correctly, the radio is not set up for Bose so the correct functions don't work, plus you can't look up phone numbers on the Nav unit only on the DIS.

With a bit of hunting on the net it appears I need to ground a wire and set the radio for Bose and also tell either the car or Nav or both about the phone set up, what this means is I need someone with the level of skill and a VAGCOM.

So my real question is I live in Southend on Sea Essex, is there anyone locally to me who can sort this for a suitably sized crate of beer, failing that can someone recommend me a local company who can do it?
