Not bothering, got a holiday to pay for. And these Chilis tickets to shift as you've just reminded me!

I probably couldnt tell you 1 4wd system from the next! It is a MK5

So you don't know one from another or presumably how they work but you stick a badge on your car shouting about it?

Your car so do what you want but that's pretty weird!

In my opinion I think it devalues your R32.

Lesson learnt

Just for fun post the same thing on Pistonheads and see what happens :-)

As I said previously it's your car so if you like it that's all that matters.

:roflmao:

As someone else mentioned, yes we're all free to do as we please, but if you post in a forum about it don't be shocked if it attracts some opposing views.

I must admit, although I knew the R32 uses a Haldex 4wd system, I didn't realise 'Haldex Performance' is a brand name in its own right in the same way as, say Brembo is for brakes or Bilstein for suspension. As badges go, they look pretty smart - nice chrome jobs that fit in with the car's other badging. Not offensive to me in the slightest.

Let's face it, what you've done is certainly no more chavvy than what Audi do themselves to some of their S models with V6T or whatever on their wings.

Now, if you were going to suggest putting a big list of cheap stickers going up the 3/4 panel proclaiming random performance part manufacturers, I might be inclined to compare the look to rather too many chavved up rice mobiles.

Is that an alternative option to BlueMotion to demonstrate it's green credentials?
