Sounds like a freak low speed incident in the paddock area, possibly that anti-stall inadvertently cut in and lurched the car forward into the truck. If it was the anti-stall that caught her out, I'm a bit surprised as I thought part of the anti stall system was for it to select neutral ie. to help you recover after a spin an carry on?
