So, Parkrun again tomorrow.

Big problem for me is my shinsplints. I've been running on the treadmill for a couple of years now, but they don't get any better.

Ran 5k today in 28 minutes - teeny weeny little walking break in the middle as I nearly gave up, but I am pleased I stuck to it. 

 

Treadmill is so much harder than the cool of outside.

 

Weight is still 12st 8lbs, exactly as it was when I started the year - I think i got down to about 12st 5lbs at one point - but I do think i have gained muscle mass in the legs and arms.

Actually Monday will probably be one of my more active days of recent times.

 

Christmas shopping needs doing sometime...
