garcon magnifique
What it doesn't show is he had to come in on lap 6 cos everything had overheated. Not really.
Ian_C
Superb racing! Does he gesticulate to the R8 he's just overtaken after it rubs him in the chicane?
patently
Fantastic driving. Hats off to him I've always held that the first lap is an excellent opportunity to get past loads of other drivers, though. Box 'em in, leave 'em behind, just watch out for the spinners in front of you
jimdiesel
Look for a very similar video of Alex in the last round of the British GT championship at Donington in 2012. He does a very similar thing. The Blancpain series is superb. The GT3 regs give fantastic racing. There are 34 cars in the British GT round at Oulton this Monday. Makes the 27 car field of the WEC look pretty poor.
CarMad
I 'might' be going to Oulton this weekend will have to see what we are doing with the sprogs and relatives that are staying over. I suspect it won't happen this year though.
stooH
Amazing drive and very ballsy squeezing through some of those gaps. Trying to recall a video I saw on here a year or two back of some nutter overtaking all and sundry on a lap seem to recall it was a Porsche he was in (may be wrong though) Edited April 17, 2014 by stooH
