NewNiceMrMe
Pah, nowt but a bit of frost. I'm taking the 5 series on a 293 mile trek South. No need for the X in this tropical climate.

NewNiceMrMe
Well I'm heading to Essex. I think it has dropped to 15 degrees. It is -0.5 here right now. Caribbean-like. Edited December 11, 2014 by NewNiceMrMe
Scotty
It was 6C this morning. Quite a bit warmer than the 1.5-2C yesterday. I almost got my heated gear on!
drpellypo
Did you fit your snow tyres yet?
drpellypo
I only ask because it's snowing. And everybody knows snow tyres are only useful when it snows. The Internet says so and everything.

NewNiceMrMe
Well I arrived in Basildon with no issues whatsoever. There was bit of slippyness on the local roads near us, but nothing to get worried about. Driving through County Durham on the A1 there was a 15-20 minute blizzard of snow. Proper heavy stuff too. Again, no real problem. Everyone dropped to 30-40 mph and thankfully no silly buggers on the roads to stop everyone from keeping moving. Yesterday I was on the A66 at Brough and it was nasty snow, so the A68 (the next road up, ultimately) is no surprise to me. it is always like that anyway - even in June. Tipex
Grim up north! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tyne-30428060 A tiny dusting of snow and the whole North of England grinds to a halt.
