Luke
Was reading a VW magazine yesterday, all about the various Golf GTI models. my brother was in there as he has a couple of Mk1''s. Then I saw a white GTI and a guy with a familiar name. Looks like he's put on weight!

Soulboy
Good to see everything is looking peachy Riz. I remember back in the day of (no) women issues, job issues, property issues, car issues. Really pleased to see life looking settled and happy
Mo-S3
lol... yes, he led a very issueless life back then. Wonder if having a job, car and woman has changed much
Ian_C
Come on guys, lets keep it cheerful. Riz bought his Mk4 R32 new over 11 years ago, thats a long time ago, of course he now looks different from his early 20s, everyone does
patently
of course he now looks different from his early 20s, everyone does Speak for yourself. I was a bit overweight in my 20s, just like now
garcon magnifique
Speak for yourself. I was a bit overweight in my 20s, just like now So was I. But I didn't look like a fat bloke in his late 40s.
NewNiceMrMe
I'm sure Riz would be the first to say some things never change. The R32 is long gone but he still orders every new VW before they've actually announced they're going to make it. He has at least one on order now and another pending them designing it.
garcon magnifique
P.S. Glad life is treating you well, Riz.
Riz
Cheers for the words guys, life is indeed going pretty well at the moment and it has been such a long time since the original R32/TSN days. I have grown up a lot over the years both in mind and body but not too much to the point where life/things become boring... still have a passion for Golfs/Performance cars but logic and sense seems to slowly creep into my mind .... have a wife and baby to support now so will see what happens in 2016 in terms of the Golf R400
Mo-S3
Riz; does your wifey know about your past? ( on here that is)? Im sure she'd love reading the old classic tsn posts. Oh the good old days! Congrats on the wifey and the baby.
Chrisg
Read the mag and guessed it was Riz from here in the 'olden' days. Glad you OK Riz and apparently well settled! You weren't always a Golf man, I remember when you came to Windsor meet in that dark green Mini .....
