Adam Smith Posted June 26, 2016 Report Share Posted June 26, 2016 Hi ! i recently had an RNS 315 fitted to my VW caddy . It's the model with built in Bluetooth and dab . Bluetooth works to a degree in that it sees my phone and enables me to make and receive calls but it won't let me stream music . Now and again it show the iPod icon and display track info on screen so it is seeing it but just no audio . Most of time however it won't even do that it just displays no medium available. I also had my installer try and fit reverse camera but to no joy . When in reverse a black screen just shows with 'is it safe to move ' or something along those lines displayed . any ideas what could be causing these issues or better still any specialist in the north west / Liverpool area that can help? thanks . billy2shots Posted June 27, 2016 Report Share Posted June 27, 2016 It will need programming by Vag Com. You can get a dealer to do it or bye the Ross tech lead and software.
