Couple of days - maybe 10 - 12  hours in total.  It's huge!

They will be resolved in the next 911 Lego model, it will look almost the same but will be a little bit better. +++

I suppose if you were a cheapskate, you could buy the Lego VW Beetle and stand on it...would look pretty much the same :)

Never stand on Lego, almost as painful as an upturned plug!

Missed this thread somehow!

Held off building mine for about 2 days before me and my 8 year old daughter built it together.

Took about 14 - 16 hours over 3 days - proper daddy and daughter bonding time, she still now takes her friends up to the study to show them it when they come round - mega proud dad.

Nice one +++ I was doing everything to keep it out of the way of my three year old! Although she did find one of the tiny black connectors that I dropped on the kitchen floor :)

Box 1 was the worst bit!

You lot should try Toys R Us.

Apparently, they've got some new style toy prams in and a huge selection of childrens games.  You'll have a field day. :roflmao::bike:

I don't buy train sets.   There are train sets and there are model railways.  There is a big difference, Mr Toytown. :P:grin:

There is an arbitrage opportunity with this stuff in Dubai - all the lego technic retails for double UK prices here.

Not that I was in the Lego shop looking at all :secret:
