ktuludays
i had the exact same problem this week. try this No 2 worked for me: No 1 Resetting the service interval display "service OIL" is shown on trip recorder display. - Switch ignition off. - Press the "trip" reset knob and switch ignition on (while the "trip" reset knob still is down). - Release the "trip" reset knob. - Turn clock adjusting knob to right. (If instrument cluster has an analogue clock, pull adjustment knob out) - Service shown on trip recorder is reset and three dashes (---) appear on display. - Switch ignition off. (Switching ignition off cancels display for service) Service interval display is now reset No 2 1. Press the 'trip reset button' and hold it. 2. Turn on the 'ignition' 3. The LCD display shows 'service OIL' ( this will presumably be the next service) 4. Release the 'trip reset' button. (At this point pressing the 'trip reset' button for one second approx. toggles the display between 'service OIL' and 'service INSP'). 5. Turn the clock setting knob to the RIGHT and hold it until the LCD shows 3 dashes. 6. Turn the clock setting knob 3 times to the LEFT ( so that 3 switch clicks can be heard). 7. Turn off the 'ignition'. 8. Turn on the 'ignition' and the warning will be gone i skipped para 6 on no2 and it worked for me. hope this helps
