Chris_B
[ QUOTE ] So there goes the 'compensation' myth down the drain... [/ QUOTE ] And in an odd piece of synchronicity, the rubber room has something to say on the subject.
Chris_B
[ QUOTE ] 24th, 24th, 24th? Arh! Here'tis, Yep, my diaries clear that day [/ QUOTE ] Argh! It's not even going to be the 24th now, in fact not even June! My business partner will be away then, and Audi only appear to be offering the one trip up to Lincoln in an SWB. Still, they have already trekked up here in an LWB, so I can hardly blame them. New date appears to be July 5th.
Braytak
[ QUOTE ] Chris, if you don't mind me asking, how old are you? I ask as you don't look that old in your gallery pic and you seem to have a liking for BIG cars, which is unusual in younger people. [/ QUOTE ] Same here! I'm in the same age range and have always loved big cars, just as long as they are not american I have always disliked the now Boy racer genre super mini sector, the absolute minimum size for me is A3. It's about the way a big car rides and puts its power down. There simply is no substitute for the 'Cubes' and very rarely do you get big engines in small cars. If I could afford the new A8 V8 TDI fully spec'd I would change the 3.0 Cab straight away. I am instead going for the new A6 with plenty of toys.
