Sorry to be Leaving

16 posts in this topic

Hi guys,

I'm leaving the 50mpg club soon and also the oil burners club!

I'll look in from time to time to see if there is any advice or tips I can give!

Cheers

Yep, OK. I just saw your post about depreciation calculator and thought maybe you were panicking. 169144-ok.gif

No - I'm still worrying. Especially today when we were "shopping" for the wifes car. Saw mine at a distance several times and thought - oh, oh. But came home and looked at pics and everything seems fine !

Just don't become anti-diesel like some people do when they jump ship!

I hope you and your new beast are very happy mate. 169144-ok.gif

I'm just re-aligning my washer jets ready for a trip to Royston... sekret.gif

Hey, I'd never knock diesel (but the engine sounds like it!). I've had 3 diesel A4's over the past four years or so and been happy with them all (engine wise anyway). Fantastic cars if you do the miles!

No doubt I'll be looking for another diesel in a few months when I can't afford the petrol! SAUER0421.GIF

It does smell bad - especially as you generally always get it on your hands after filling up....

Never - five years of smoke filled motoring later and I'll always sing the praises and torque about diesel!
