Colin M
Just one car only, my own R32 for sale in the classifieds section, but just cut the price by a huge chunk to generate interest and sell over the weekend. Autotrader ad amended to show the reduction, but special deal can be negotiated for TSN members only. Reduced to £25,995 which is £1,500 off list. More details in classifieds here. AlanN
Not really no. If it's an import then it doesn't cost UK list price so it's not "£1500 off list" It's probably more like "£3000 over list", "list" being what the car is actually costing when sourced from Europe No probs, just wondered that's all
Newbie123
[ QUOTE ] It's probably more like "£3000 over list", "list" being what the car is actually costing when sourced from Europe [/ QUOTE ] Actually due the change in exchange rates there is very little saving to made by importing from europe at the moment. In fact we have a client who brokers import car & van sales (trade only), and he says that in the last couple of weeks he's had european dealerships asking him to supply them with cars from the UK because it is now cheaper for them to buy them from the UK than in their own countries. Colin M
I typed a long reply justifying the price vs UK, imports etc, but it's all academic as the car has just been sold.
AlanN
I wasn't having a pop Just interested that's all. So it's not cheap to buy a car in Denmark anymore then?
