JamesB
Would having a DB9 really make you drive that much more quickly?
Sparky
There are a lot of quick cars in Jersey, and I know for fact that they don't always stick to 40 The dual carridgeway is the only one on the island, but it's not too built up. The twisty roads makes for fun driving, but pick your road carefully, as some are perched high up on the side of a cliff. Meet a Jersey bus coming the other way, and you're history! JamesB
And when I think about it, I guess the long straight at St Ouen's bay must allow the loud foot a bit of exercise.

Ian_C
[ QUOTE ] I reckon I could drive at 170mph in a lot of places on the mainland in this country with far less chance of killing someone than I could at 70 mph anywhere in Jersey. [/ QUOTE ] Very true. So James, you ever find out if yours was restricted... Ian
JamesB
Mine came with an after-market limiter. Every time I got significantly into three figure speeds, there was a device in the passenger seat that screeched loudly and made my life hell until I slowed down.
