[/ QUOTE ] There are two places where anyone who can afford those plates on those cars would live in the Northeast. Especially as that plate sold for £50k not too long ago. One, lesser is Mount Pleasant, On the South Bank of the River Wear in Washington, Sunderland, and then there is High General's wood, in Washington also. I know Washington well and I know where you mean, but you could buy 4 of the homes in the areas you mention for the price of one in either of the other locations.... ...and I'm already in the same area as you. On the other hand, if you have £1.8m spare you could buy any of the following - and I have to say I don't think they're much for the money - but it's the price you pay up there.
