simonb
Have got about 8000 tonnes of MOT Type 1 that need to get shut of. Ideal for below roads and driveways etc if you're doing any DIY - or if you're a farmer (Danksy??) Current dealer price is about £10.50/t at present but i can do it for £3.75/t, will throw in free loading up. You will need to sort your own transport out. I can do this but it'll be at extra cost (bear in mind the stuff is near Wilmslow in Cheshire). It's decent stuff, Travis Perkins have bought a load of it. Not many impurities - just a bit of shredded Terram 1000g. Has been used as a hardstanding for a site compound. Any enquiries etc by PM. Cheers!! danksy
Can you deliver mate To nr J21 M5? Will it be good to make some farm tracks?
simonb
Can deliver there mate yep. If you're serious i will ring the tipper man now and see how much he'll do it for. It's been used as hardstanding so will be ok for farm tracks i would think. Not as good as roadplanings but at less than 1/4 of the price, worth it! Tippers will probably 6 or 8 leggers. No artics - therefore 20t per load. (Mind you i could speak to someone re an artic if you really want!)
simonb
Pretty sure this is it - looks like it anyway! Would work great with timber edgings for footpaths like on the pics - or without as long as it's thick enough, for on farm tracks etc!
simonb
First pic shows it being laid, 2nd it complete. The stone on the first pic near the front is not the MOT.
