Thast is absolutely beautiful.
Give us some details then. Did you do the work yourself, how long have you had it etc?
I had a '73 westphalia in my student days. Not a patch on yours, but still had some amazing times in it
Is it an import?

How extremely cool + a billion is that
Yep - Low bumpers, steps, cool paint combo, fab piece of work.
You've got to love that
When are you off on holiday? If you want to drink, I could drive.

That's a lovely example! Hoping to get one of these in a couple of years time - fancied one for over 5 years. Doubt I'll see change from £18k for a decent one though! Just waiting for tmy two little 'uns to get just slightly bigger.

Thats one smart splitty ! Shame im on the other side of the spectrum with a 66 Morris MiniVan instead lol Cracking v-dub all the same tho.
Tell you what, for a resurrected old thread, there are a few names I'd forgotten about in this one.

I picked up a copy of a Classic Car newspaper in Sainsbury's the other week, gosh the adverts were tempting.
Buy a van for work or buy a classic (having moved to somewhere with a garage) became a dilemma for a week or so.
The object of my desire was (library picture)
It was a 79 with 70k miles and all MOT's for £7k
Reason was nostalgia- At 18 Mum used to let me 'borrow' her 124 Coupe version, most fun I ever had in a car.
