s4_sat
I'm putting my RS4 reps on the A2 after gettin my hands on a set of Black and polished Nuvolaris for the A4. Will they fit with 3mm spacers all round and 225/40 18 tyres? Gonna put 5mm spacers on the A4.
shao_khan
I think you will struggle with the tyres size, you'll be getting a bit wide.

s4_sat
[ QUOTE ] Whats the PCD on the A2? surely the A4 pcd wouldnt fit anyway? [/ QUOTE ] They're RS4 reps so are multifit with 5x100 and 5x112 holes.
s4_sat
[ QUOTE ] Will 18" wheels actually fit on an A2? [/ QUOTE ] There's a couple of A2s running 19s at the mo so hopefully they'll clear the front arches.

shao_khan
You might but I thought that if you used the wider tyres (Like stock 225x45x17 TT wheels and tyres) that they either catch on lock or stick out past the body work with spacers. I am sure you need to use a 205 or 215 tyre to be right. ONly way you'll know for certain though is give it a try
s4_sat
Cool, only putting them on while i get the original ones refurbished for when i sell it after the new year. If not, i'll put the nuvolaris on it cos they won't stick out as much as the RS4 reps do.

shao_khan
DO they catch or rub at all? What tyre size is that?
s4_sat
The front doesn't get full lock anymore. It's only the final 1/8 turn of the wheel so it's not too much of a loss. The rears rub when there's weight in the back. Gettin stiffer springs and dampers on the back at the weekend. That should stop it. They're 225/40 18 tyres on 8x18 rims with 25mm spacers at the back.
