techieboy
Spotted in Hatton Garden, London this afternoon. Looked very sinister in all black. Fair play to the driver though, he almost managed to fit it in one parking bay. Still don't like them though...

techieboy
Quite. I'm sure I could come up with a few choices as well. I'm still not sure which is worse though, the Maybach or the Rolls.

Tarmac_Terrorist
Just why would anyone buy a car with feckin Buckingham Palace iron gates between the headlights Plain nasty imo. Rolls Royces should be elegant

Rolls Royces should be elegant [/ QUOTE ] Thank God. I was starting to feel like I was in a minority group of Rolls Royce unappreciaters. I detest the front end of the thing especially those ridiculously proportioned lights. I for one think VW came out of the whole breakup with the better brand in Bentley (and certainly the better range of cars).
NeilB
I like them, far better then the now soulless Bentley's.
Snail
[ QUOTE ] I think the Phantom is brilliantly over the top and stunning in the metal [/ QUOTE ] Completely agree. Its amazing seeing something soo huge move soo quickly, soo quietly. I see them all the time, and they are fantastic
P_G
They are certainly better IMO than any other luxury limo in that price range at present, but still a question over the looks. Only seems to suit dark colours too.

malagus
love them - much better than the maybach, and according to most, offers an unrivalled experience.
garcon magnifique
I love the Rolls. Utterly ostentatious, and imposing in a way no other car can dream of. Precisely as it should be.
malagus
the phantom is currently on my TG calendar - the quote for it being 'For 80 years Rolls-Royce has been claiming it makes the best car in the world. Now it does' - sums it up pretty well IMO.

Will22
A neighbour of mine has a friend/family member with one as it's around at their house most weekends. It's in wine colour and looks great I think. BTW he lent me his Bentley Arnage Red Label a while back as he needed my RS6 to move some stuff, hell it was fast for such a big car, it was the first time I drove anything like that
cheechy
I love them - they are as imposing as they should be. Saw one at a local BMW dealers last weekend next to a 1-series. The 1-series looked like a tricycle next to it!
Woppum
Its not a good looking car, or even a very good car when compared to cars 1/3 of its price like the enw s-class, but it has shed loads of presence and thats what the owners want. The new stretch one is a much better car, but you really have to bite your lip and say feck what everyone else thinks to have one of those...
